O Rowan and associates was founded by the late Dr. Charles E. Rowan and his wife Odessa, and their homegrown business ventures would truly amaze Dr. Rowan if he were still alive to see them today. However, his dream lives on as she is highly determined to continue spreading the message they worked so hard to embrace their entire lives. That message is to train, teach, and touch all those who pass their way, while understanding that the best way to do so is to lead by example. ​

Mrs. Odessa has carried on this tradition and continues to flash her magic throughout the community, with family and friends, and to those who have been enrolled in her classes. Currently, as founder of the Charleston House, LLC, she offers opportunity for life coaching, parenting awareness, business management, and youth mentoring.
